any good bands playing? had to laugh watching the news tonight, they said concert goers are packing Giants Stadium as 50,000 tickets were sold....doesn't the stadium hold over 70k?

It makes me sick.

All the musicians on the bill that I had respect for (chris cornell, smashing pumpkins) just lost a little bit of my respect. Everyone is a nodding dog all of a sudden happy to preach a message to the people who can and WILL do very little.

It's not about sciene, it's now a religion that you're expected to believe in without question.

Half these musicians drive super cars and get flown around the world in their private jets, and the sheep in the audience clap along happily while the presenters hail Al Gore as their saviour.

Anything that's used a tool to tax the people should be debated, not blindly accepted.

tonite was something going on our tv, they said that it was live earth from ny, some hip hop crew was trying their best ... anyway those people watching the show was boring same as me, another commercial "save the planet" show, nothing i need to see few minutes every year ... ;)

...and the debunkers are doing it with a great deal of success. By all means cut your energy usage, as I believe everyone should, but don't believe for a second that cutting CO2 emissions will do any good whatsoever or that Al Gore is in it for anything but the publicity.
