Alright, I've been a lurker here for a while, and I've recently come across a huge handful of girls willing to do 30min-1hr videos... All of the girls are between 18-21 and absolutely gorgeous.... I've never ran my own adult site in the past, and am not sure I even want to at this point. However I am a bit interested in hearing how I could use these videos to make some profit. Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I've also got numerous friends going into film production, I can get it done, and get it done fairly cheap. Are there any sites / forums dedicated to content sellers? I can't find anything online. Most times people starting up ask around then they get fed up with the lack of support then they create their own web service on their own...

It would be easy for you to create a website for yourself. The design of the graphics for your site is the real work. You could buy a template for your website, however unless it uses your graphics it will look very funny !
You will need to set up a merchant account and setup a php/msql database for your customer base as to take payment...
Buy some adult traffic... a few thousands per day will get you going !

One option that you might want to consider is shooting content and selling it directly on VOD sites, or sites like clips4sale.com or clips.com. I know that the latter takes a percentage of each sale, so it might not be as profitable as starting your own paysite or selling it as content, but starting up is much, much easier since you'd only need the videos and requisite legal documents, and the storefront, storage, transfer, and billing is handled for you.
I'm not a content shooter/seller, and so please take my advice with a grain of salt. The best advice I could give, and it would be parroting the advice of others, would be to ensure that you are protected legally. Best of luck to you, and may your endeavor be profitable.
