    What is your company's absenteeism policy?

    Those of you with companies, tell us about your attendance or absenteeism policy. How many hours/days/weeks of absenteeism will your company tolerate per year?

              I am my own company and have a very low tolerance for absenteeism for any reason.

                  most companies are less than 5 per day w/ sick days. haven't missed a day in a few years on my end.
