Not a whole lot of action. I didn't see Danza do anything that really hurt his opponent. Other then standing up after getting taken down, he mostly just held on and then was punched six times or so before taking a knee to what looked like the chest. I didn't see Danza land a single clean punch in the entire short fight.
When he collapsed to the canvas Danza was communicating with someone (I presume his corner), and looked well enough to continue, but the fight was still called a DQ.
Although on the surface it looked like Danza dodged a bullet, in sports a win is a win, and it does takes a lot of practice and courage to even step into the ring (octagon/cage).
Well, hopefully Danza can have some better looking fights in the future. I guess this is the way things go sometimes when you are an amateur just starting out.
