I think it organizes their content a lot better than the last design did.
Nice interface, intuitive, I like it.

where do you focus your attention?
there are over 20 ads on the front page alone
certainly didn't live up to the hype in my opinion

There are 4 banner ads on the homepage...
...8 subtle ad boxes that aren't intrusive...
I WISH there were 20 ads - considering I sell all the ads on the site

2 - larger box ads on the right side
1 - 1/2 size box ad on the right side
10 - company ads along the top (above top stories)
8 - ad boxes (4 in the middle, 4 at the bottom)
anyways - my point is that the new design is not as ground breaking as the X3 ads made it sound
