                                          I would start to make capital repayments as well if I were you, I would be very nervous to have my major asset in the hands of somebody who doesn't want to speak to you. (I know they probably ignore you because of past craziness) when one default could be curtains.

                                                  We don't actually get visitor numbers in the stats.

                                                  Calculating uniques is processor intensive for large sites but I thought of a way to do it.

                                                  You tally page views and keep a log of a random 100 IP's and calculate the average pageviews/IP and divide the total page views by the sample average.

                                                  I'm investing in expansion/advertising as I should be able to get higher than 3%/month returns, before I start paying off the capital.
