Yeah I agree about the decent yard! I could never buy in one of those newer tracts where they jam the houses like sardines. Gotta have some land to grow grass/gardens, etc etc!

I visit a few times a year as it is. Doubt I will come any more frequently. and yeah, I think I hate it. Too much work.
