I am pretty sure it's the saturated fats that are the issue and no necessarily the calories.

No doubt, if I had kids I wouldn't feed them that trash. You can feel the grease if you eat it.. .

knowing that I will be eating same shit every day would probably be more dangerous to me than the food I would be eating. I like to eat different things and every try day I eat at different place/restaurant and different food ....

its alot harder to do than you think

i personally havnt had fast food in months other than subway or sandwich-like shops but my kid prob gets mcdonalds once a month or so

i eat at mcd sometimes too, usually 1-2 cheeseburgers or big mac with cola.

it's not that unhealthy from time to time if you excercise and normally eat healthy etc.

but being proud of eating at mcd everyday is something i would be more ashamed of.
