well recently i have been debating what courses to take and I think i am definitely going to trade History class for focus on Culinary Arts, hahaha
I want to learn every aspect of food preparation, and it seems the only way to do so is be apprentice to executive chef... so a new adventure may be upon me! Luckily my area has some of the best culinary art programs, and since its new orleans, you know we can cook down here!
I, like many love to cook and prepare food - there is sooo much mor to it than internet recipes and I want to learn the right way.
