I fell asleep yesterday on Die Hard 4.0 (wtf, again?)

Last time I fell asleep on 40 weeks later, which was one of the most anticipated movies for me this year. Now, the sequel to my favorite action movies of all time, made me sleep like a little baby after 40 mins. Was it really THAT boring?

Is it just me, or does Bruce Willis accompanied by Timothy Olyphant is just super ultra lame? "Now you just gotta hacks this thingy tratata voila we're in" - "wow, that's cool, I'm gonna shoot some fuckers".

And wait, did I sleep through it, because I never heard the Yeeppppeeekayyyeeey, mufucker! ?

Ugh ? Was a fucking awesome movie... another classic.

Matter of fact I'm just done watching the first and the 2nd in a row because of this movie.

Die hard movies = classics. All 4 of them.

I think you went to the wrong movie...he was accompanied by Justin Long...but was battling against Timothy Olyphant.

What I liked about the flick was that it pretty much started with action and just kept on with the action setpieces...no time to slow down for bullshit like plot exposition, etc. This is the kind of thing I want in an action movie...mindless explosions, good stuntwork, impossible action setpieces and fun characters...I went in with low expectations and came out really enjoying the movie.

I fell asleep on it as well. There were two couple next to me and both of the guys in the couples fell asleep as well. The girls said they liked it but i thought it was quite boring.

If your going to movies expecting reality, dont go, movies are meant to allow us to step OUT of reality for a few hours and have fun. I blame reality TV.

agreed... i liked the movie, it wasnt trying to hide the fact that it was fake as shit... the action sequences were good.. i have problems with unreal movies if they pretend to be realistic when they are obviously not...

this movie wasnt pretending to be real and thats why i enjoyed it...

I saw it at the drive-in so I'll have to watch it again when it come out on DVD to really give it a fair review. The only thing I disliked about DH4 was the fact that it is rated PG-13 instead of R like the first 3. PG-13 draws a bigger crowd. S'all about the Benjamin$. As for the "Yeeppppeeekayyyeeey, mufucker!"...well...it came out more like..."Yeeppppeeekayyyeeey, mu"BOOOM"!
