no never. I try n take a break from the computer at least every hour, which is usually 5-10mins sat in the living room with the tv on, or in the garden.
While im working its simply itunes on 20% volume. Or if im working with any code, it has to be classical/opera to help me focus

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I used to work with the TV on constantly, but I find I concentrate better and I am more productive without it on. So if the TV is on, it is more like surfing for ideas time rather than actually doing something.Comment
