This project consists of customizing the design of a site run on punBB message forum software, and will also include 4 new custom pages (requirements provided, but basically 1. Warning Page 2. Homepage w/ navigational options and some ads 3. Free Join page for Surfer Type 1 4. Free Join page for Surfer Type 2).
