      I have used it through quicktender.com (always chose "Use My Wallet" option and my login always worked even though it is on a different domain). The online casino I use to play at had to email me an invite to it years ago. Deposits and withdraws always went through fine though. Last I used it was probably 2 months ago before everything crashed down for US players again.

                      Probably around $100. What are you using for deposits? It declined my main credit card, haven't tried a bank account yet. Could try that first.
