if you do NOT need it for adult stuff, then simply go buy 6 .info domains at Godaddy.
First, you get discounted price on the domains for buying six or more at a time. So you get each domain at $1.07, making it a grand total of $6.42
Secondly, you get free privacy on your domains for buying six or more domains at the same time.
Thirdly, and this is what you wanted to start with, at Godaddy you get a small hosting package with each domain. For their free hosting you can NOT host any adult related stuff but other than that, you're pretty much good as long as it's not illegal. The free included hosting is valid for as long as you keep the domain. You can easily put up a Wordpress blog for example.
So your total investment for the full year, would be $6.42, under your $7 per month requirement for the full year plus you get 6 nice .info domains. With some luck you might even be able to sell those at $1-$5 each over att Digital Point for example, because something tells me Hunting Moon wouldn't take them...----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
