Yeah I might try that. It's just a pain to brew it and then cool it off. And stale coffee tastes horrible.

hmmm not sure, i think they are different. there is french roast, medium roast and dark roast i think. but community is pretty damn good, especially considering the price. a few years back it was about 5 bucks a pound which is great for the quality.

Starbucks Via is not too bad. That's what I take mountain climbing with me and I'm a pretty big fan of coffee. I believe they have one for cold water too.

I love my instant Nescafé Gold. Has worked well for me for years. At some point I spend craploads of honey on coffee from weird african countries and what not.. but got tired of it. Now I keep it simple.

I have made coffee and put it in a cup of ice and I couldn't drink it as it was nasty.

Yeah the ice melts and then it's gross. And if you let the coffee cool off it tastes nasty too. I think this might be why I never liked "iced coffee."

Maybe if you make the coffee super strong then pour it on ice? I might try that this summer.

If you want to make iced coffee there are a few ways... the best way is to pour shots of espresso over ice and add milk (or water if you want it black).

OR

You could brew coffee strong, pour it over a little ice and sit it in the fridge (but that takes forever)

OR

If you already have instant coffee you could go ghetto and make a small amount of concentrated coffee using the mix, pour that over ice, and add milk.
