It would only be a week before someone said "good idea!" and made a new app that did it
to all porn sites.
People need to focus on making their own sites make money because at this point
many big tubes are not even violating anything since the sponsors are submitting
the videos.
The sponsor is just not telling the naive webmaster that they are getting fucked
that way.
There are other sponsors however that you could look every where and not find
their content on tubes. They did something about it.
Then there are tubes that are actually paying for content. They are not violating
anyone's rights.
"The tube problem" was something that needed to be solved before they got the
traffic. It's like youtube. It's too late to take them out because of copyright
violations. People missed the boat.
Youporn could take down every video they have now and then upload only "legit"
content and not loose one hit of traffic.

I can create this no problem. Im finishing off an evidence eraser app right now but I can easily do a playlist feature for IE/FF... simple plugin/bho depending on what browser.... and I could replace the ads. lol. um if everyone's kewl and tells me they wont get mad at me Ill do it...
hell I could take it a step further. im building out a custom player right now that will have hot keys to unlock the secret location of your porn... in other words... a way to hide it from wifey... its also has the ability to suck down whatever flv/mp3/wmv files you currently have open in your browser... I could just modify it so that it adds it to a play list but doesnt download it thereby chewing more bandwidth each time the spanker wants to spank it to a given vid. I can also then put ads hoovering over the video.
I could even add some meta search functionality in so it would cull data from specific (hated) tube sites into a nice little tuber search engine.... LOL. that would super fuck their bandwidth and since it would be an instance per machine its installed... there would be no way to block it. LOL.

Well I think that it will be a hard one. The only way to kill tubes requires a collective industry regulation where all the program owners and affiliates will work through a set of rules and guidelines.
For example:- only use short preview clips
- strict monitoring on user uploads to avoid full length clips
- each tube site owner should remove all full length clips
- when tube site owners neglecting the rules, close all their affiliate accounts at all affiliate programs
- setup a blacklisting database for tube site owners who don't follow the rules
This requires resources and a collective approach but I don't think it will work out because in this industry its everyone for itself.Telegram: sandroanthonioComment

I wouldn't mess with sites that make a lot of money.
They might be able to claim that your app is re-broadcasting their website and
that could open up the door for legal problems.
Making that app might be similar to making a "cable box" to "catch" open
TV signals. That one ended bad for OJ. He was fined $25,000 for using the box.
Also the tube site could start serving up viruses whenever it detects your app.
Then your app gets blamed for it.Comment

well it would be more of an rss agg. type app. and they cant claim I am re-broadcasting... its the user that is pulling the vid in via the app. Im not gonna host anything and push it out to people so legally it would ok on that end.
a great point on the virus however, and this all depends on what people here think, but I could detect the virus upload by seeding my own installs and playlist grabs and checking what tubesites are pushing just as they would try to detect the app (which btw I could make it so they cant) but regardless if they did start uploading viruses I would know (and could easily prove) and getting back to legal issues... I could royally fuck them if they did that. that for them would be their downfall... its prison time type of talk if you start doing shit like that.
its not really something of great interest to me because I am in a niche that's unaffected by them but it seems that everyone is crying about how they are fucking over the industry and more specifically peeps here at gfy so if the general consensus is that you gfy'ers would like the app I will create it and although I wont make any cash on it... Ill still get a good laugh.Comment

You could have a browser mod that doesn't display anything that links to an external site.
But the tubes would just link to a redirect page if it had any effect.
So you won't have all the associated videos or search or anything as there's no way to tell the ads from the internal links.Comment

I mean its seriously a good idea that I give full credit to where its due for its originality but its a viable approach that with some word of mouth could seriously cause some problems for those that you all hate... and Im offering to do it for free... yo, wtf...
