Cuz I have $4k to my name and want to move to a new city, but dont know where to go.

I moved to socal but its been lonely here and had trouble getting a job, so I want to leave.
where would you go? i need ideas. Im thinking like arizona or nevada or something.

Dude, $K in Las vegas will not work for you, and Arizona will only put you in a shitty place on that amount of cash too.

Truly if 4K was it and I had no other income, I would move to the mid west, or somewhere like Little rock Arkansas and get a Job .

if you are a good size guy you can always get a job bouncing or working the door or Valet at a hotel or whatever in a place like the Texas beaches but man 4K is not much bro when you include getting there too.

Ask for a Job at playboy, they are hiring , they always post here about it, Sacramento is nice and not too overly expensive, weather is good nothing too extreme. but Socal will eat that 4K alive soon too so you better make a move pretty quick bud, GOOD LUCK to you !

Be nice? I'm just being real man. All I'm saying is, if you're having these problems, a new location isn't necessarily going to change that. You need to address the issues and figure out what exactly is going wrong.

Don't waste $4k moving some place you know nothing about just to find the same exact situation. Otherwise, if you like the outdoors, move to the mid-west. If you like the city, move to the east. If you like to ski, move to the mountains.

I got rejected for a couple of jobs so it bummed me out, especially a good webmaster job where I knew more than the guy who was interviewing me and teaching him things on the spot. I thought I would get it easily with my experience and my portfolio but I didnt.

Dude go to Austin Tx.. You can find dirt cheap apts there that are new in the srounding areas. If I was to move anywhere in the US it would probably be there.

btw Austin has both city and outdoors enviorment and a very clean city at that.

4k isn't much. If that was just moving money and say like 1 month rent at a new condo or something that that is fine as long as you have other income.

I'd love to live in Chicago for a summer or even a month. Would be great to move around from city to city all over the place for a month a time.

Spend $2,000 on a dumpy van and move to Venice Beach and live in the van.
Get a P.O. box and pager for communication.

Look up porn companies in the LA area and apply for webmaster or whatever.
Seek out porn stars in Venice and try to get a hook up.

Go to Central Casting and register for extra(background) work in films to get some loot comming in while you look for other work.

If nothing good is happening then sell cars...they're always looking for sales people.

Don't go any place else because there aint shit there.
You'll just be so far away from the game that you'll be "ass-out" looking for
a miracle to get another $4k just to get back to where you fucking started.

Stay in the city even if you have to eat shit out of the trash can, because eventually you'll move up. Go to the sticks and you only delay eating shit out of the can for a few months and you can't move up.

Learn to put up with stupid people and stupid shit and share an apartment with 5 losers until you can make a move. Just put up with their shit no matter what, knowing that you will soon rise above it.

i agree with Crockett...Austin is the bomb. Austin has a lot to offer plus a great social scene and culture galore...

You replied to my post that where you are is like living in Mexico...BUT SOCAL expenses are not the same expenses as Mexico or South America....and you can get a high speed connection and use skype and like i said, bang out sites again.

Dont get discouraged bro, hit up craigslist and seek out webmaster jobs in your area...Dont know how old u r or u situation but maybe you can move back home with your parents and save cash....?
