While on holiday a vacationer versed in business matters asks a local fisherman about his day.
"I get up" he says "catch the fish I need for market and sell them when it opens. It's around 4 hours work a day, then I come home and spend the whole rest of the day with family and friends doing whatever we choose"
Seeing the way that the Fisherman operated his business, the vacationer quickly says "You know, you could get more boats and work longer hours. More boats and more hours mean more fish and even more money. Then after 30 or so years you could just fully retire"
The fisherman contemplates this for a few seconds "So, longer days and more stress for the next 30 years........and then do what ?" he said "wait 30 year to do pretty much exactly the same as I'm doing now"
