EDIT: Nevermind, read the replies. In this day and age, unless you're some hardcore Christian living in the bible belt, saying you hate gay people is the same as saying you hate blacks. Not exactly socially acceptable anymore.

Unfortunately, if you disagree with someone else's agenda, you are instantly labeled as either being full of hate, or sick (as in having a phobia). I couldn't care less if someone is gay or not, but I really get pissed off when someone calls me a hater or sick if I dare to disagree about something on their agenda.
