actually, i do not (i assume 'cheese' refers to foreskin), mine is sadly gone and was cut badly when i was a toddler, leaving very bad scarring and pain during erections due to the tightening of the scar tissue... if i ever have a son i would *never* allow him to be chopped up for no reason other than some archaic bullshit, aside from the fact that many women have told me that sex w/ uncircumcised men can be more pleasurable/less painful (cant vouch for that one personally, lol).

I don't think it is really particularly noticeable if the guy is hard.
