    Looking for Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer(s). You will work with our marketing team to create and implement beautiful and functional e-commerce solutions for FLESHJACK.com - the gay spin-off of Fleshlight.

    More about you:

*You understand UX and UI design.
*You?ve got a proven record of delivering quality solutions on time and on budget.
*This isn?t a development position, but you?re familiar with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Flash and other web technologies.
    *You are a Photoshop expert.
*You have a strong portfolio that displays your experience with creating textural and modern user experience designs.
*If you had to describe your design style, you would say it is modern and sleek.
*You have a sharp eye for typography.
*You have at least 2 years professional design experience (probably at an agency or in-house marketing team).
*You have proven experience taking creative ideas from concept through execution.
    *You are a team player.

    Extra credit:
    *Experience designing large-scale e-commerce sites
    *Print experience
    *Mobile design experience
    *Flash experience
    *Front-end development knowledge

We are looking for someone in-house but contract work may be negotiable.

Email me ([email protected]) if you're interested or have any questions. You may also post here if you have questions.

Daniel, not to be an ass but in order to do UX/UI design you certainly need to have a development background and understand what you CAN do, HOW to do it and then package it all in a seamless flow. Furthermore, I really doubt many designers here understand the difference between UX and UI , it's a discipline by itself
