                          you could wait till he gets there, look out the window for him, then when you go to answer the door torch the place back up (gas everywhere)

                          they'll have to pay for new house, then sue the fire dept for doing a shitty job (the inferno was still going)

                          when the arson investigator comes, set him on fire. should go off without a hitch.
