I don't think that President Bush or President Obama have killed anyone...let alone 100 times more civilians than Bin Laden did...I do not know if Bin Laden has ever killed a civilian or anyone for that matter.
I do know that Bin Laden in at least one of his two formal declarations of war on the U.S. said that he would not differentiate between civilians and military targets...and I do know that he had called for Americans to be killed where ever they may be found.
Because of his actions the U.S. engaged our military and yes...collateral civilian deaths often happen when the military engages military targets/the "bad guys"...but ultimately the bad guys can be blamed for all deaths involved as our military would not have been engaged other than for their initial actions.
