Probably you should take a long break - no internet, no cell phones, no TV. A vacation - not on beach with naked chicks around, but somewhere in the wild. Just you, an old motor byke or old pickup. Buy yourself a cheap cottage in the dessert and run away from everything - or bring tent. I guess that will help you to appraise the simple things.
