i used to have a whole drive of stuff i downloaded from napster till about 2002 and i deleted it. one of the hardest things i've ever done.
now, every single song i have on my ipod or anywhere i bought or was given by the original artists. mostly now i have vinyl anyhow.
i have not one thing i haven't paid for. i feel better knowing i am not a hypocrite.Comment

I do download mp3's when I like em I still buy the album as I'm too lazy to
burn cd's of them myself....and the ones I don't like I delete. I do the same
with movies.....I use downloads as try before you buy without having to drag
my ass to a store.
All software I use I have paid for even the few shareware programs. I have
to be honest I didn't until I started using my computer and everything on it
to make money as a business.
It's a Tax write off and the fines are insane as soon as you use your computer
as a business. Software companies don't mind people to use pirated copies
of their software....in fact they make money of it.....Hell Microsoft got big
having the whole world copy MS windows and by the time the whole world
had it.....the companies didn't have a choice what OS to use.....and that's
where the money is :winkwink
Just look at software keys/licenses work it's made deliberately soo stupid
easy to crack so people will......it could have been a LOT harder to crack
if they wanted that. :2centsComment
