                  Apple is smart. Generate some hype about a cool product and stand bye their position. Once the market has accepted it, and is buying it, they release an upgrade that is a Must Have and everyone puts theit 1G on eBay for the 2G.

                                                          I think the backlash of what they don't have will speed up version 2. I hope so. Cool phone but needs some of the "must haves"

                                                                  At least half of those things are software features.. cant get everything into a rev A product. Hell, they had to push Leapord back a couple months to get iPhone out the door.

                                                                  The iPhone software, I'm sure, will be more of an evolving platform, especially compared to other mobile phone platforms. Just like OSX or Windows on your computers. Updates get released, new features are added.
