I wonder how often this happens.
A friend of mine recently rode in Obama's motorcade. Her daughter works at the White House, and she was a police officer who was hired on to work security during his California trip. She physically drove in the motorcade and said it was insane - they sped through towns, no stop signs, no stop lights, breaking every law in the book.
