Creating a new site - new webmaster - how much content should I have?

Start with as much as possible content in your members area and update as often as you can handle. Getting members and keeping those members are both important tasks.

I dont know about "the DeluxePass Webmaster Program", but i am sure you will find somebody here to tell you pros and cons about that program.

As much content as possible????

Do you usually keep a picture gallery for a specific movie, or do you have extra pictures without movies?

ideally you should have exclusive content. You should give them pics and vids together.

When you buy content from different places, it is harder to find matching pic sets with high quality vids for each scene.

Yes, you should split images and videos to make the pages neat not spammy look.. 'coz SEs hates spammy look pages..
