My nod's for Webair. Aside from a great deal on Mbps, you need to also consider the best redundant routes, tech staff knowledge, growth options, 24/7 support, etc... virtually anything you want, simply ask. I use them and I'm pushing Gbps.
They're located in the largest networks on the East Coast and if you really want global positioning, you can also balance your traffic in the fastest networks in Europe (Amsterdam). I've been to their Class A Datacenters over a dozen times and I'm impressed with the size of it's operation and multitude of savvy technical knowledge. My technical staff is extremely smart and they prefer working with technically smart people as well.
Keep in mind that price isn't everything when it comes to running a monthly multi-million dollar operation, you need to treat it like it's your own child, give it the goods for success and growth - you'll be glad you did.
Hit up the owner, Mike ([email protected]) ... he'll hook you up, tell him Ben from Pornstar.com referred ya... that'll go a long waaayy... And Sagi ([email protected]), his CTO, I've known him when he was a teenage hacker 12yrs ago... one smart cookie and a really nice guy who loves his work.
They're both not big enough to talk to you on the phone either, you should definitely give them a shout. They host some of the biggest people in our industry... ask them.
