when you have a legal binding contract and have his contact information, you must assume its a legit deal as i did.

i forgot to mention that the collections guy i hired to go after mike got all od mike hoods assets, credit report, bank accts everything. he haa things I can put a lien on and or seize any active accounts if the court lets you do that in california

you have a long long way to go to put anybody in jail in the state of CA

first off to get your hands on his money by legal mean you will have to sue him in civil court. from experiance it will cost you aprox 5k

then you need to file a lein against said asset. then you will have to wait for him to try and sell the asset before you can attempt to get your hands on the proceeds.

to "file criminal" charges you are going to have to convince the DA that his breach of contract was intentional. not very likley that you will have enuff evidence to convince a DA of that.

ive done this 3 times so far.

to get my money he owes it can be done in civil court which he has already been filed and served. today as a matter of fact.

then you place a lien on assets which he does have

then you wait to collect

as for criminal charges, I have mutplie pieces of proof and signed affidavids that they paid for services never rendered. thats conspiracy, wire fraud, theft of service and few more i cant think of atm./
