Why is fighting Toyota harder than any other court case? This type of case is pretty much a set cost. And Toyota has no grounds with this case, they would probably settle if a real fight was started.
LexusCash is in the right, they are not using the Lexus Brand, they aren't in the same business, and no reasonable person would confuse the two.
