If you've been redirected to this page from the sign-in page, it means that access to your Google Account has been disabled.
In most cases, accounts are disabled because of a perceived violation of either the Google Terms of Service or product-specific Terms of Service.

That happened with a hand-written blog I was running through their blogger service FTP publishing...
First my account was flagged for spam or some badblog thing - and so was the gmail account associated with it.
I kept doing the "I am a Human Blogger" notification thing but never a response.
I wanted to migrate the blog to Wordpress, but I couldn't log into it to start the process, and when Blogger stopped supporting FTP publishing, I just gave up and started manually transfering posts to a Wordpress version.
To this day, no response, the accounts are dead and they deleted my blog from it's dashboard.
It was also a kinky/fetish thing - was your email maybe connected to anything to do with your commercial stuff?
