AVNads Kevin Come on in... [DRAMA]
In early november I placed an order with AVNads/Adbrite for interstitials. I was contacted the next day and told that they were no longer accepting Epassporte. Remember how we spoke about this on ICQ back then when we were talking about the new banner options you guys had?
Well, I haven't bought ads from you guys since then as I use epassporte visa for most of my business purchases.
The problem is, apparently they started accepting epassporte visa again and somehow pushed the order through the system on tuesday. Then they billed me today, for an order of ads I cancelled that went to a domain that has since dropped.
This is bullshit and I'm pissed. AVNads/Adbrite arent going to do anything about it since they say I ordered the ads. I cancelled the order before it ran since you guys werent accepting epasporte at then time. That was six weeks ago.
Any chance you can resolve this since no one there seems willing to?
