                                                  I would imagine that there are plenty of people throughout the world who don't give a shit about any sport - soccer included. Are they all "stupid" too? Maybe they just aren't interested, or have something better to do with their time than watch other people be active - like getting off the couch and doing something themselves, for instance....

                                                  Don't get me wrong - I grew up playing soccer, and watch enough basketball to drive my poor wife insane, I just don't see the connection between intelligence and like/dislike of a particular sport.

                                                                  1) Ones who tried out for football and didn't make it.
                                                                  2) Ones who were too small for football and didn't bother trying out.
                                                                  3) Ones who's mom's were scared they would get hurt and made them play soccer instead of football.
