    An explosive at a building in Los Angeles

    Does anybody heared about it and has more information ? whether it is a terror action or not ?

    the strange thing is that CNN is not showing anything about it in the TV or in their website

      They never do... during the Sept 11th thing, at Universal Hollywood here, we had a bunch of serious threats and it was never reported on CNN or their site, but the FBI shut down Warner bros studios and had roads barricaded off, I did a write up for it on shortnews.com and it was deleted.

      Conspiracy I think.

                              no big deal, buildings literally blow up every day of the year. is hardly newsworthy, except possibly local news . . . . . definitely not what you would call worth national news coverage any more than when I ran out of wine to go with my Pasta Bake . . . . . ummmm, Pasta Bake, anyone else like that stuff?

                              Makes a great meal in 40 minutes and leaves plenty for leftovers which are even better.

                                          Yes you can...and this is exactly what the terrorists wanted.

                                          They could never set foot in this country again, but with rumors and double talk could keep this country shackled for years to come.

                                          But then again I also understand the paranoia...they just released a statement the other day stating that they expected the next terrorist attack could involve the use of apartment buildings..and then all of a sudden a 3 story apartment building in the LA area blows up.

                                          Either way I suggest people watch the movie Under Siege with Denzel Washington...I do believe that is it...it's a good story...a good action flick...but the idea behind it is that we put ourselves "Under Siege" by allowing fear and paranoia to dictate over reasoning.

                                                      paranoia ? not me.. I'm from Israel and there are these kind of stuff allmost everyday so I'm kinda used to it..
                                                      once it even happened under my house when a terrorists shot everywhere and I saw everything trough the window so I'm not really excited that I hear about another terror action.

                                                      I just was pretty curious because from what I read at the begining it seems like a very serious disaster... but I couldn't find any other information except Debka.

                                                          San Fernando Valley starts at North Hollywood so it depends on how deep into they are talking about. Encino isn't that far into it. It's only about 3 or 4 exits into the valley on the 405.

                                                              Seems like if it was terrorism though they would have chosen a more wealthy area...? Wasn't there a small earthquake recently around Encino? I think I remember this in the news -- I actually felt that one... they news chopper was up there w/ a camera and that area seemed pretty low populated... I could be wrong though...

                                                                  Quite a few people felt a M2.1 in the southern San Fernando Valley last night. The time was 11:24 pm, and the epicenter was located 2 miles south-southeast of Encino. "Felt reports" came from Encino, North Hollywood, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Valley Village, Valley Glen.

                                                                  I bet some equipment got shook up and that's what caused the explosion...

                                                                      Thats strange, normally quakes hit hard just north in Simi Valley then trickle down in those areas. Theres just weird shit going on all around now-a-days!

                                                                      I'm currently waiting for the next big Bin Laden event that we are supposed to be expecting here in NY. Securitys been pretty tight the last week or so.
