    Wanted: Your opinion

    I'm opening myself up to a lot of negative feedback I'm sure, but I'd like to get honest input from some of the GFY members. I've been lurking in the background and trying to learn, sorry for the small amount of posts.

    I own Pornogoddess.com and have been working on getting everything straightened out with the site and server this past month . Please, let me know what you think. It has yet to be officially launched on any directories - it's only been tested by my Twitter followers

      Looks pretty good, except for that header image and that first news post image.... would do something about those.

              No, not being an ass... just, the black n' gray isn't doing it for me. Especially the news post image... it's in poor shape. Maybe try boost the contrast a bit at least. Seems washed out to me.

                      k, thanks! I'll retake the news image tonight and fiddle with it. I wasn't too happy with it anyways, I just wanted to get something up there.

                      As far as the header image, what's throwing you off? I did the black and white because my skin tone isn't exactly perfect from living in NY this winter. lol I'm a ghost. What could I do to fix it up?

                      Thank you, didn't mean to ask if you were being an ass. I just thought you were making mention to the way I look or something. I need to lower my defenses...my apologies!

                          header and stuff under header is to big...
                          user must scroll to get to the content (videos)...
                          most high traffic sites tend to have as small header as possible...

                              delete everything and start your own personal paysite or a microniche paysite

                              or jump on a cam site like myfreecams

                              unless you have serious webmastering skills you wont make money otherwise

                                          Thumbs look bad. If you could improve video thumbs preparing them manually that would be better.

                                                      Considering you are willing to expose yourself (to a level) in an effort to co-brand the site.. I can think of at least 100 ways to make that work and look superb.

                                                      This way.. its just another sucky tube with super short sponsor clips and bad content layout.

                                                          my first reaction. in general I am not a fan of such a big header. it takes up too much space above the fold. The good thing about tube sites is you can usually keep your bounce rate low but with a large header you kind lose the benefit. The buzz is that google is rewarding sites with low bounce rates.
