The articles you posted actually say no AlQ is established in Libya. And the 25 or so people they think are linked to AlQ doesn't mean we're giving them weapons to go supply AlQ with.
And... clearly they see the side they're helping could one day turn on them - that's why they're trying to play it a bit safe, like the articles you posted pointed out.

Dude, I just wish you would chill about it, you do bring it up a lot, that takes away from the real debate, which is something I like, the debate!, there are times you make very valid points and that's great, then you spoil it by saying something completely ridiculous.
I hate Obama because we now have 3 wars, the unemployment is worse than when he started, the economy is worse than when he started( going by gas and food prices ands unemployment) and he's still telling the same shit, tax the rich and push green tech and that will save us.
I want the government to stop growing before we add taxes, because if we add taxes, they will just spend more.
I want us to stop being the world police, pull ALL of our troops out of Iraq, let the UN handle Libya and pull out of Afghanistan.
Get rid of NAFTA and close the loop hole that allows big business to move plants to other countries to make bigger profits, creating more regular Jobs in the US.
Countries that under cut the US because of cheaper labor, give them an import tax. Worked for Harley Davidson.
And start drilling the oil we have and work with the oil companies that are getting billions in tax cuts from the US to lower the price of our gas as it's hurting our economy by raising the cost of everything due to shipping costs.
