Just a few weeks after getting married on April 1, 2005
it was announced by Vivid Entertainment that they had
just signed Barby for a two year exclusive contract,
making Barby the first Vivid Girl from Montreal.[4]
But the moment she signed her contract with Vivid Entertainment
it became official, she would legally from that point on be known
as Lanny Barby.

haha, a serious cleanse should be accompanied by a serious fast, around should go on for at least 10-14 days. I finished a 14 day cleanse abour 2-3 weeks ago, and by the end of the first week, you are shitting out some the nastiest ass looking crap you've ever seen...
you can go the quick route and do a colonic irrigation (enema, woot doot!) but i've never liked the idea of pumping a quart of mineral solution up my ass. i'd rather starve myself for 2 weeks...

Unfortunately, much of this guidebook's program is entirely unsubstantiated. The author is not a doctor, but rather a student of Chinese civilization, and his medical explanation ranges from shaky to irresponsible. For instance, he refers to "toxemia" as a "state of toxicity in the blood and tissues," though medical parlance already defines "toxemia" as a sometimes-fatal pregnancy complication. Specific claims come without any documentation, such as his statement, attributed to "several studies," that "five glasses of pure water per day ... may reduce ... risk of colon cancer by 45 percent, breast cancer by 80 percent, and bladder cancer by 50 percent." Most disconcerting are the dubious medical interventions he touts, such as the "Zapper," an electronic parasite-removal device he suggests as a treatment for "asthma, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, and candida fungal infections." More reliable sources on detoxification can be found in any self-help section.
we're talking traditional chinese medicine here, something western science and medicine doesn't always give much credibility to. on many occasions he claims that regular body detox will cure pretty much every disease imaginable, cancer included, which i can't say i believe myself. but the cleansing programs discussed are solid, including the methods discussed for lowering tissue acidity and flushing rectal plaque. both of which will leave you feeling a lot better, trust me on that. i can see how some people may take the views as misleading, i certainly wouldn't outright recommend a detox program to cure cancer by any means. i've yet to see this disproven either though, and is the multibillion dollar pharmaceutical industry going to go out of their way to help prove that you can cure most ailments simply by taking some time off, relaxing, and shitting all your problems out? probably not. most people aren't readily willing to give up western medicine, which in itself is pretty fucking questionable if you ask me...
