NATS question, if somebody knows...

One more shot for NATS experts

That's a tough one... first confirm that tmm gave them that answer over them coming up with it themselves. That type of question-answer would require tmm to actually go look.

If I had to take a shot in the dark, and this is a huge shot in the dark... One of your ref accounts was closed or banned. Or another guess, they had an aff promo maybe with a single action to get paid for the referral, the action was completed, payment made and now they're no longer your ref.

Really... I guess it could be many different things, just chances are it's not any of them.

Maybe some are banned but there was 20+ wm accounts, and one day just dropped on X number, and stucked there (program support says it's "error" on their side and they cant fix it somehow, but they assure me that all 20+ wm accounts are tracking ok?!?) - IS THAT REALLY HARD TO BE FIXED? My main concern, number of ref. is stucked but $tracking (not affected support claims) is on same REF. page, and support say that is working without problem, so one "tracker" is stucked and second is somehow working ok, on the same page?!?

It's lifetime 10% so it's not single action type of program.

So if support really looked into it, they were doing it over TMM who can check that for them? I must check chat logs...

Ok this is going really strange now, i would never investigate this but after is saw one thread here about "missing refs etc" this was on my mind.

I checked icq chat logs and one guy from support send me this claims last time i asked them about it:

"We checked buy hand and you have 30!!!!+ wm acc. and everything is tracking ok"

- Number of refs is now stucked on X number, and fall began with 1X number. I totally forgot about it, and looks like that number was smaller and smaller how times passed.

This is just to strange for me... Especially because they can't really explain me why is number of refs. down and stucked.
