    epassporte frustrates me

    3rd time this year i get charged for a card
    i call em this time
    no wait time at all
    but i've been on hold for 25 minutes now while this lady "looks into the problem"


    atleast she speaks english!

                      I have a problem with my card too, I sent a messagge few days ago but no reply yet. They charge me the renewal but I didnt get my card yet , and Im leaving to europe on Monday
                      There are more important things than money . . .

                      BUT THEY COST TOO MUCH

                          They charged me 2 months ago for a new card, and mine is good till jan 2008. I dont get that one.

                              I got charged a renewal fee for my virtual number which I never have used nor have a desire for. Shouldnt that number be optional?

                                      I am aware of that. Just would be nicer to just call it an annual epassporte fee or better yet take a little less money and re consider it.

                                          We tried to order a new Vista activation key through the MS website with our virtual card. MS declined the card twice...so we have $550 of our Epass in limbo until this clears (or not).

                                          I guess this is my one big problem with Epass...Normally an authorization clears after about 4 or 5 days. I could be using that money to buy the domains I need now if I had used my real Visa card.
