Exceptions are in Georgia, where it is called Levi's Call[1], Hawaii, where it is called a Maile Amber Alert and Arkansas, where it is called a Morgan Nick Amber Alert. Those plans were named after children who went missing in those states.

                                                  Shit that just got all complicated, why can we not all just get along and call it one damn thing and not think every state needs a certain child plus amber.

                                                  Amber alert just means some child was reported abducted. Unlike notabooks definition which he confused with televised coverage.
