Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
          think about that

A third for FlowPlayer, with HTML5 fallback. Their site also provides some nice JQuery-based scripting for enhancing the look of the player in shadowboxes and other windows.

Have to disagree here. Lots of it is poorly coded, with glaring Stage setup errors, no support for streaming, and limited ad features. It's good that they provide the FLAs so you can go in and fix what's broken. The Activeden editors don't appear to spend time judging a submission based on programming quality, just if it looks different.

Wasn't it you who recommended Koolmoves recently? That's a far better investment, IMO, and it comes with lots of players.

I think flowplayer is looking the best so far. I think all those on activeden are basically what we have now, a player built off adobe player. Kind of like a ready made script.

i dunno, FlowPlayer's main way of embedding is very awkward, and everything else you can do with it depends on being pretty comfortable with Javascript. If I was more of a coder FlowPlayer would be my choice.

Do either FlowPlayer or JWPlayer make the FLA source file available for purchase?

I want one that I can have the source and give it to a good Flash programmer to modify and customize.
I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

software looks nice for do-it-yourself'ers who aren't Flash programmers but all the players look like they came from 2003.

A little of both wrapped into a custom WP plugin. He's got the skills, so if what you want done is doable, I'm sure he can handle it. I'm sure at the very least he'd be willing to take a look at what you want done and get back to you on it.

Both are open source, though if they use an FLA file at all it's only for basic graphics stuff. Everything is done in AS code, and it's pretty complex. FlowPlayer has a very elaborate object model.

Koolmoves is a Flash compiler so all the graphic elements are modifyable. But if any of the existing skins (or those others offer, mostly for free in their exchange forum) are good enough, then there's little extra coding to do.
