All about Webair "real True Story"

I wanted everyone to know that TODAY 04/20/2011 I contacted webair via live chat and asked them to install a script on my server.

They installed the entire script in about four minutes upon contacting them via live chat.

Everyone at Webair is great and does an outstanding job.

i love webair but the live support pissed me off the other day ..this was over like 30 minutes and after about an hour he just closed our session lol

but hit up my guys on icq and problem fixed like always lol

good news and it is this kind of thing I would like to see more if. It would be nice if we had more of a balance between complaining (justifiably so) and praising when appropriate. Kudos to webair and you for bringing it here

Many come, make a lot of noise and eventually go...

Webair has been here forever, they don't make huge noise but they are here when you need them. And that's what counts imho.

My box with webair got attacked earlier this week by an ip address in Iran. I noticed it was down, used the live support and they jumped on it, made a couple changes to my firewall and bingo, it's back up.
When I contacted them, they already knew about the problems and was working on it
and yes, Gerard is a sexy man!

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Well when it comes to webair it's all about depend with who you deal,sometime you get good and sometime bad tech.Same goes with sales managers-gerard sucks,while Metz it's great.I would recommend to use webair to anyone anyway.

I've been hosting with Webair since 2003-2004 I believe....

The reason I'm still a PAYING customer.....no down time, reasonable prices & their willingness to solve all issues that arise & I do mean ANYTHING.

Examples:

1) My image host (hosted in their NL datacenter), I had some issues...their tech's have spent MANY hours tweaking it for me, blocking out individual worthless leeching forums BY HAND, upgraded my RAM/Hardware etc. at no cost. I mean I am talking probably 100 hours of free support so far & the site is just now getting off the ground burning maybe 10mbps & just now gaining SE traction for decent keywords. They helped me get a shit-script, working properly, how's that for live support?

2) I get excellent ping times/load times, zero down time & when one of my scripts looped & crashed a server, It's immediately brought back up without hesitation. My worst monitored month using Hyper-Spin was 99.8% about a year ago, when my poorly coded Image host script caused huge CPU issues (at no fault to Webair)

3) My dating site....hosted in their NYC data center. Never a minute of down-time. Excellent CPU/RAM & HD...well built machine. Handles thousands of users a day + handles a enormous volume of e-mail daily...several thousands (nothing in the spam-box). The IP range is 100% clean & they make sure of it.

4) Professionalism & that personal touch, that you just don't get with your typical corporate hosting company.

Once again...I am a paying customer. I just believe in their service enough to make a post like this with my own experiences, to show my appreciation for a great service.
