I've been hosting with Webair since 2003-2004 I believe....

The reason I'm still a PAYING customer.....no down time, reasonable prices & their willingness to solve all issues that arise & I do mean ANYTHING.

Examples:

1) My image host (hosted in their NL datacenter), I had some issues...their tech's have spent MANY hours tweaking it for me, blocking out individual worthless leeching forums BY HAND, upgraded my RAM/Hardware etc. at no cost. I mean I am talking probably 100 hours of free support so far & the site is just now getting off the ground burning maybe 10mbps & just now gaining SE traction for decent keywords. They helped me get a shit-script, working properly, how's that for live support?

2) I get excellent ping times/load times, zero down time & when one of my scripts looped & crashed a server, It's immediately brought back up without hesitation. My worst monitored month using Hyper-Spin was 99.8% about a year ago, when my poorly coded Image host script caused huge CPU issues (at no fault to Webair)

3) My dating site....hosted in their NYC data center. Never a minute of down-time. Excellent CPU/RAM & HD...well built machine. Handles thousands of users a day + handles a enormous volume of e-mail daily...several thousands (nothing in the spam-box). The IP range is 100% clean & they make sure of it.

4) Professionalism & that personal touch, that you just don't get with your typical corporate hosting company.

Once again...I am a paying customer. I just believe in their service enough to make a post like this with my own experiences, to show my appreciation for a great service.
