You can buy internet/Google TV's that have it on there.
I have a Sony Internet TV. It comes with a keypad remote. Kind of tricky. But you can pick NetFlix from the menu and stream videos among many other things.
The Roku works well for parents, and elderly - however, the new 'all shows by show name' modification they've made means that trying to watch 'Cheers' means a 6 minute 'wait while we see what episode info we have'.
In a way it is, but you need xbox live gold in order to access is which that will cost you $60/year or so. Of course, that gives you access to everything else so it's not a netflix thing. Would be nice if they (microsoft) made so even xbox live silver accounts could download the netflix app and actually use it. Not sure why they didn't.

I have a bluray samsung 5500 love it. I think I saw it at walmart for $99. its a good way to go if you also would like a bluray. roku I think might be a little cheaper and is going to have more options but I love how netflix works thru my samsung bluray
