This is fucking crazy. The McDonalds french fries must be doped with some kind of preservative. It probably never even breaks down in your stomach after you've eaten it. It certainly worked as a deterrent for me. Holy shit...

Not really. The fries experiment is bogus.
Why?
Look at the size of the other fries versus the Mcd fries. They are 4 times the size, and contain a lot more moisture than the Mcd fries. By the time the Mcd fries cool off they become hard. There is no moisture left in them.

but I have left mcdonalds food in my office for up to 3 months before and it did NOT do that
