How to deter and eradicate content theft the Wrong Way! 
Step 1 - Form covert, ex- special forces black ops team.
Step 2 - Locate content producers to fund "ehhhem, training mission"
*200 content producers with stolen content x 1000$ = 200,000
Step 3 - Equipment and Airfare to Russia - 100k
Step 4 - Locate dweebo scammers hiding in Russia
Step 5 - Tactically take location and little dweebo scammers.
Step 6 - Transport to bank via undercover ops. Withdrawal all monies made from stolen content, software, etc.
Step 7 - Return monies to content producers.
Step 8 - Repeat.
Wouldn't take many times of this getting around to start cutting down on this bullshit.
And thats the Wrong Way approach to content theft and hiding behind laws in foreign countries.
