You may or may not be aware of our recent negotiations with IPS GmbH to assumecontrol over the EMC2Payouts program. IPS determined it did not want tocontinue with the adult payouts program and we at EMC2 thought that we couldbetter improve the program by taking control of the software and the processentirely.
Unfortunately, the offer presented to EMC2 by IPS was not an offer that we wereable to consider. IPS is closing the program by June 6th, and we havetherefore decided to finalize and make ready for market, a new solution tocater to our clients.
We wanted to make you aware of the situation prior to the press releaseattached, which will go out to the press tomorrow morning.
