You may or may not be aware of our recent negotiations with IPS GmbH to assumecontrol over the EMC2Payouts program. IPS determined it did not want tocontinue with the adult payouts program and we at EMC2 thought that we couldbetter improve the program by taking control of the software and the processentirely.

Unfortunately, the offer presented to EMC2 by IPS was not an offer that we wereable to consider. IPS is closing the program by June 6th, and we havetherefore decided to finalize and make ready for market, a new solution tocater to our clients.

We wanted to make you aware of the situation prior to the press releaseattached, which will go out to the press tomorrow morning.

We are available and happy to discuss in greater detail via phone. Wethank you very much for your participation in EMC2Payouts, and look forward toservicing your business needs once again, with the release of our newsolution due to go live the middle to end of May.

There are few pretty good affiliate programs that pay only to EMC2Payouts without alternatives. Checks & wires don't count.
I hope all these programs will pay to Paxum soon.

I am posting the official statement in its own thread now, however, EMC2Payouts is NOT closing their doors. We will simply not be using International Payout Systems (IPS) platform/software after the beginning of June.
EMC had been in negotiations to take over full management of the platform, which did not come to fruition. Therefor we will be moving over to a new eWallet system and make the move as seamless as possible.
