    Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) was one of 42 politicians who signed a letter sent to Holder earlier this month, asking him to prosecute "all major distributors of adult obscenity."

                  Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

                      According to a Supreme Court ruling a jury can decide what is obscene based upon what their perception of community standards are.

                                  yeah the definition of obscenity is so ambiguous that it is very difficult to prosecute it. I would suspect the 42 politicians in question just want to appeal to the far religious right and try and keep votes.
